⭕ As a Manager, you will be involved in the processes of managing team and assisting as necessary during the various phases of the development lifecycle. This position is located in our Bielsko-Biała office in Poland with the opportunity to work agile. The Job - Manage a team of developers and testers using Pitney Bowes principles. - Providing technical and architectural leadership for solutions product offerings. - Ability to ‘step in’ and provide technical expertise on all phases of software development lifecycle - Ability to develop solutions during high volume times - Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices. - Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. - Mentoring and coaching individuals in technical and non-technical aspects of product development. - Mentoring and coaching individuals to ensure they have an understanding of career opportunities as it relates to them as individuals. - Motivate, coach and develop your team to achieve their peak potential. - Working on assigned projects, leading internal meetings. - Building effective working relationships with other team mates to serve as an integral member of global teams - Reporting dailyweekly project statuses. - Must ensure team stays productive at all times - Ability to setup forecasting models and determine when team members need to be added - Ability to set and move forward existing team members as they grow in their career Qualifications - Proven track record of helping make software development teams more effective - Written and verbal communication skills in the English language. - Solid background in managing people and projects. - Commercial experience in designing and building applications. - Proven track record of leading diverse teams on high-risk projects to success against critical deadlines. - Agile development environment especially SCRUM. - Quality Assurance and Test Driven development. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work closely with senior management and interface with our clients - Experience in keeping high retention rates through driving team satisfaction - Proficiency using a systems level approach to developing solutions. - A knowledge in Continuous Integration, Visual Studio, TFS, Git, ASP.NET MVC, WEB.API, ReST, C#, .NET Framework, OOP. MS-SQL, T-SQL, Entity Framework, SSIS, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap, JSON. IIS, http, web security principles, SharePoint development will be a bonus.
