Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, Philip Morris International in Poland, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position: HR Generalist Portuguese Speaker Nr ref.: 40180 Praca tymczasowa Lokalizacja: Kraków Zakres obowiązków: • handle incoming queries and provide solutions to the Philip Morris employees’ and managers´ requests in cooperation with the HR Services team; • proactively follow¬up on end¬to¬end resolution of all cases ; • prepare and publish organizational announcements ; • run and provide SAP reports for the customers ; • perform audits of SAP data input done by HR Services group ; • participate in the translation and review process of the Company´s HR Principles and Practices . Oczekiwania: • university degree ; • excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese (C1) ; • very good oral and written communication skills in English (C1) ; • professional experience in customer service environment would be an asset; • strong computer skills, including MS Office; • good interpersonal and communication skills.
