We are looking for candidates for the position of: Project Administrator Job location: Bielsko-Biala, Poland Position type: permanent Main responsibilities: • Accurately key data from a report into a database and create business appropriate documents and reports from the data • Accurately reconcile 3rd party invoices with 3rd party contracts. • Accurately key expense data into the expense system on behalf of Professional Services. • Appropriately process purchase order information as needed by Pitney Bowes • Perform monthly and ad hoc reconciliations of data as needed by the business • Manage timesheet and expense compliance reporting process • Other coordinating or administrative duties including (but not limited to) consolidating documents, data hygiene and data maintenance Requirements: • High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant admin experience • Software and/or internet industry experience highly desirable • High proficiency with MS Excel required • High attention to detail and accuracy required • Experience working with databases preferred • Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment • Willingness to work long but flexible hours for a couple of days at month end We offer: • Friendly atmosphere • Opportunity to work in the international environment • Training and development opportunities including courses, workshops and individual development plan • Private life insurance and healthcare • Multisport card • Social fund Only those applications that include the candidate’s consent to process personal data by Pitney Bowes Polska Sp. z o.o., in accordance with the Data Protection Act as of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Acts of 2002, No 101, pos. 926 with later amendments) will be considered.
