RealPoland offers a variety of small group tours and individual tour programs for clients from all around the world. We are currently looking for an incoming travel specialist. It is a full time job, Mon. - Fri., 09:00 - 17:00 hrs. Responsibilities: dealing with the customers’ requests bookings contact with subcontractors monitoring expenses help in creating tour programs and offers Requirements: fluency in English (speaking and writing), level C1 experience in customer service high communication skills very good MS Word and Excel skills basic understanding of the business law (contracts, general responsibility) and accountancy (invoices, incomes, expenses etc.) interest in travelling, history, politics, art and culture are highly welcome We offer: part-time contract and then full time employment employment in a stable, family-owned company, member of the Polish ‘Family Enterprise Initiative’ (Inicjatywa Firm Rodzinnych) good atmosphere at work and a comfortable working environment fixed salary plus possible bonuses for results Send Your Letter of Motivation and CV (both in English) via OLX.
